Helping Us Grow Awards
Recently at the Bear Creek Secondary School, Autism Ontario Simcoe County held a very special celebration. The Helping Us Grow (HUG) awards were designed to celebrate the youth in our lives who show support, friendship and understanding of individuals with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. This recognition program is a way to say thank you for their support, understanding and kindness. Your friendship makes a world of difference! The event was hosted by Rogers TV and also featured some fun for the entire family as the MacLaren Art Centre presented it's VanGo art project.
